Thank you for choosing Olive and Pam Patisserie for your sweet needs. By clicking BELI SEKARANG button or receiving Order Summary by our LINE / Whatsapp administration staff, you are deemed to have receive the information of the products accurately, clear, and agreed with the following terms.
1. PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
To place an order, follow the instruction or directly contact us via LINE / Whatsapp
The images on the website are examples of our cakes. All our products are hand made. Product colour and decorations might be subjected to slight variations from the actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution
Fresh fruits are seasonal, sweetness could not be assured
Complimentary card / topper will be provided when being requested by customer. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the card/ topper, lengthy messages might not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of message on the card.
Olive and Pam Patisserie accepts logos, texts, or graphics on the condition that the customer uploading said photos, graphics and text are the copyright holder or have the permission of the copyright holder. Olive and Pam Patisserie acts as the customer’s agent to print and any liability for copyright infringement is that of the customer’s responsibility.
Olive and Pam Patisserie maintains the right to refuse any logos, texts, or graphics it believes might infringe copyright or deemed to possibly be offensive in the eyes of the general public.
In website purpose, our products would only be ready in the day after tomorrow (2 days) or more as you intended.
If you wish our products to be delivered by the next day (1 day) or same day, directly contact us via LINE / Whatsapp. Orders and payment confirmation should be placed before 12.00 (Western Indonesian Time).
For order to be delivered less than 1 day will be considered as same day order, which orders and payment confirmation should be made within an hour / few hours according to the recommendation from our Whatsapp / Line administration staff
Orders could be placed up to a maximum of 30 days in advance of the intended delivery date.
Orders via LINE / Whatsapp will be available everyday at 8.00 – 17.00 (Western Indonesian Time)
For order more than 5 boxes and/or placed more than 14 days before delivery date, we require 60% non-refundable deposit to confirm an order and hold the date. The remaining 40% is due 7 days before the delivery date, at which point all changes must be confirmed (changes to the previously agreed might incur extra charges). Payment could be made earlier if you wish. Orders placed less than 7 days in advance of the delivery date must be paid in full. Failure to complete payment in time might result in order cancellation.
Contract between you and us is only formed when we receive your payment (via bank transfer) and send you an email confirmation that shows your order and payment has been accepted.
We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept, or reject any orders or cake designs
2. ALTERATION AND CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Prices and specifications on our catalogue are valid at the time posted and are subject to change without prior notice
It is your responsibility to read and check the details of your order throughly.
Any alterations and amendments must be submitted in writing. Any requests for alteration must be made by the latest 36 hours before delivery time.
Additional delivery fee might be required for orders involving address alteration
For orders involving delivery date alteration, we could not guarantee that we will be able to move your order to the new requested date.
We do not accept alteration of the order once it is being processed and paid.
Items sold are not exchangeable
As all our products are specially made for your order, our team takes great effort to prepare the ingredients and artwork. In such, we do not encourage any last minute cancellation
However, cancellation of order is permitted under the following conditions:
- More than 7 days before Delivery Date: 100 % Refund OR Postpone Order
- 6 days to 4 days before Delivery Date: 50% Refund OR Postpone Order
- 3 days or less before Delivery Date: No Refund OR Postpone Order

Please note that refund of payment may take up to 1-3 weeks for us to process (including Refund if customers mistakenly transfer fund to us without any order made)
Postpone of order must not be later than one months from date of purchase.
We retain the right to cancel the order in very unusual circumstances beyond our control (ad-hoc circumstances) , such as natural disaster, political issues, fire, or ill health, during which we would refund any deposit taken in full
4. ALLERGIES / SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please discuss with us if any of your recipients have special dietary requirements.
Our products contain egg, dairy, gluten products. They might also contain traces of nuts.
5. HANDLING & SHELF LIFE
Once you receive the products, we suggest to put them in the fridge directly.
Goods placed outside are liable to react to the temperature. In hot or humid weather there is the possibility of decorations melting or damage to the products.
Our products are made of natural ingredients, so we would like to remind you that because of this they will not have the extended shelf life like other products which contain additives and preservatives to ensure their prolonged life.
We recommend that our products are best to consume on the day of purchase. You can keep them up to 3 days or depending on your products. However, it is customer’ responsibility to keep the cakes in the manner prescribed by us.
Our products contain small proportions of inedible items, it is the customers’s responsibility to ensure these are removed by your recipients / guests before consumption, for example support styrofoam and wood stick in choux tower, ribbon, tape, flower picks & flower tape, paper, and etc.
6. DELIVERY & COLLECTION CONDITIONS
- Delivery charges are applied per address.
- If your areas are not in our list, please contact us directly to place an order.
- If the address inputted in website proven to be incorrectly calculated (different area of shipping), we would inform you directly via LINE / Whatsapp for the correct amount of shipping / delivery fee
- We will deliver your order start from 08.00 – 17.00 divided in two shift (morning delivery dan afternoon delivery) and due to the road conditions that cannot be predicted, we do not accept specific delivery time request.
- Please make sure that the recipients are available at the specified time interval. Our products might be deteriorated if left on the doorstep out in the sun
- In the event that there is no recipient at the delivery destination to receive the product, the product will be returned back to our outlet for resend subjected to redelivery fees of IDR 100,000. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. Products must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.
- For re-delivery of orders, a surcharge of IDR 100,000 will be applicable. If re-delivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality products are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price.
- For redirection of orders, a surcharge of IDR 100,000 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
- All cakes are sent by signature-required delivery team. Note signing the delivery order not only verifies your receiving of the cake but also your acceptance of the condition of the cake. We advise opening the box and viewing the cake before signing as no claim could be made against the courier, once you sign.
- We are unable to leave any product at an address without a person signing for the order. No product will be left unattended
- We would always endeavour to deliver within the given time slot, however unfortunately delivery timings could not be guaranteed.Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries. If in the unlikely event the delivery is delayed, we will always endeavour to deliver to you as close as possible to the given delivery time.
- The customers may collect / pick up their order at our premises. If the products are collected or picked up by customers, we could not be held liable for any damages once they have left our premises. The collection vehicle should have a flat surface and be clean and tidy. This is the responsibility of the customer. The products could be very fragile so we advise to drive very slowly and carefully and purchase non-slip matting. If the customers are unable to pick up on the day of their order, we will keep it for a maximum of 2 days.
- Order via other marketplaces such as GoFood, GrabFood, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc would be at customer’s own risk.
